Teriyaki Marinade and Baste
Ingredients
1/2 c. olive or peanut oil |
2 T. grated fresh ginger |
2/3 c. Japanese soy sauce |
2 garlic cloves (finely chopp or use garlic press) |
1/4 c. sherry |
1 T. grated orange (preferably tangarine) rind |
Directions:
Combine ingredients.
I use this marinade frequently for sirloin tips, flank, or flatiron steaks.
